Every project follows five clear steps. You see concepts early and share feedback before anything is final.

  1. Discovery call

    We talk through your business, your customers and where the design will appear.

  2. Concepts

    We sketch several directions and present the strongest ones for you to review.

  3. Refine

    You pick a direction and send notes. Your quote states how many revision rounds are included.

  4. Final files

    You get vector files, plus print-ready files for stickers, labels and signs.

  5. Launch

    Order finished stickers through Retro Rentals, or we hand the files to your printer.

Common questions

Here are straight answers on files, revisions, printing and ownership.

What files do I get?

You get vector files in SVG and PDF, which scale to any size without losing quality. You also get PNG files for websites and social media. Sticker, label and sign artwork comes as print-ready files.

Can you refresh an existing logo?

Yes. We can clean up, redraw or modernize a logo you already have. Send the current files or a clear image, and tell us what you want to keep.

Can you work within our brand guidelines?

Yes. Share your brand guide, colors and fonts, and every new graphic will follow them. That covers stickers, labels, decals and event graphics.

How do revisions work?

Your quote states how many rounds of revisions are included. In each round, you send your notes and we update the designs. You approve the final version before we prepare the files.

Can you also produce the stickers?

Yes. Our events brand, Retro Rentals, supplies custom stickers at $1.50 each with a minimum of 50. They are 2 × 2 in and water resistant, and a holographic finish adds $0.50 per sticker. If you have your own printer, we hand off print-ready files instead.

Who owns the final design?

You do. Once the project is paid, the final logo, artwork and files belong to you.
